NEW SOUTH WALES.
(Received April 24, 10.45 p.m.) Sydney, Friday. The engineers employed aboard the steamship Zealandia have left the vessel. The agents are making every endeavor to arrange for the steamer's departure tomorrow. At a special Cabinet Council held today it was resolved to push forward the construction of the defence works with the utmost expedition.
