New Zealand securities are without quotable variation. There U no change to record in the produce Pig iron. No. 1 Scotch, f.0.1i. in the Clyde, 455 ; galvanised iron, gospel oak, 2t5-gnage, £17 ; copra, best Sydney, £15 bs. (Received April 24, 1.30 a.m.) April 22. Consols have fallen I since yesterday, and are now at9si. , New Zealand securities are unaltered. Thft market rate of discount has risen }, and is now I\, beinir, £■ below the Bank rate. Breadstuff*, tallow, and hides are at last prices. (Received April 24, 1.30 a.m.) Melbourne, Thursday. The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand reports of the local markets as follows :— Shipping wheat, decidedly tinner, 3a lOd io 3s lid ; malting barley, dull ot sale, 3s Pd to 4s Gd; New Zealand oats, feeding sorts, slightly improved tendency, 2s 9d to 3s ; Now Zealand milling oats, good demand, 3s Id to 3s 2d ; New Zealand oats under bond, 2s 2d to 2j 4-d ; ryegrass seed, 3s 61 to 4s Cd.
