No qualification foe. No entry will be received for any race except upon condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by tbe stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests to be accompanied with a deposit of five guineas, to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. Three horses to start in each race, or only half the money will be given. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight-for-age or handicap race. Five per cent, deducted from the gro9s amount of all stakes. All races to be run under the Waipawa County Racing: Clnb rules and weights, which will bu strictly adhered to. No entry will be received for any race except nppn the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. The Eules and Weights as adopted by the Petane Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Horses walking over will only receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never started iv a weight for age or handicap race.
