YOUR attention is called to the Hawke's Bay Jookey Olub Rule, No. 51 :— "That no trainer shall engage any lad or other stable servant without previously referring to his last employer, and receiving a satisfactory reply in writing. Any trainer infringing this rule, and continuing to employ such a toy after notice has been served on him by the Secretary of the Olub, shall not bo allowed to train or run horses where tho Club Ruleß are in force ; and any lad leaving his master before the terms of his engagement are complete shall be disqualified from liding in any rice. Any boy prevented from obtaining employment by this rule shall hive tbe right of appeal to the Committee of the Club or the Stewards of any race meeting under the Club Rules." By order, F. D.
