Baxter, was to have left for Wuiroa at 12 o'clock last night, taking a i nil cargo. _, The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Southern Cross, Cnptain Koss, left Gisborne last evening ror this port, nnd will arrive here at daylight this morning, f-he will he brought inside to discharge, and at 4 o'clock thi3 afternoon she will leave for Wellington. . 3 . . . . The brigantine Anthons arrived in port yesterday afternoon from Greymouth with a full carcro of coal, which she will commence discharging to-day. The briirantine Enterprise. Captain Bell, left for Dunediu yesterday morning with a full cargo of limber and railway sleepers. The s.s. Maori, Captain H. Andersen, will leave for Wairoa to-night.
