SYNOPSIS OF NEW ADVERIISEMENTS. The New Zealand Clothing Factory nre just opening youths' and boys' tweed and fancy Norfolk suits. Messrs Banner and Liddle will sell tomorrow produce, tea, sewing machines, olothing, and sundries. Mr Edward Lyndon will hold his next monthly land sale on the 28th instant, when several valuable properties will be offered, including 5-J acres of land on Napier-terrace. Mr W. M. Maskell, Eegistrar of the University of New Zealand, inserts the conditions upon which ad eundem degrees may be obtained. Five impounding notices are inserted. Tenders are invited by the Pefcane Road Board for making 50 chains of ruad. The office of the Hawke's Bay Permanent Building and Investment Society will be open this evening, from 7 to 8 o'clock, for the receipt of payments. Mr P. F. Colledge has apples and plums for sale to wholesale purchasers. Mr Frederick Fulton, Emerson-street has for sale a number of fat and store sfcock and cull ewes.
