The drawing for the eight competitors in the two heats of the international , ; regatta to be rowed to-day has resulted as follows: — First heat, Wallace , Bossy Hosmer, Riley, and Nicholson • second heat, Laycock, Trickett, Hawdon, 'and ' ■"'■ Smith.
