Winner of the Hawke's Bay Guineas to carry 71b penalty. Open to all horses that at time of entry have never won an advertised race exceeding £25 in value. The rules and weights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from tho gross amount of all stakes.
