Borough Cotincil Notices BOROUGH OF NAPIER. In the matter of "The Rating Act, 1876" and the Acts amending the Bame. WHEREAS, at a sitting of the Assessment Court for the Borough o£ Napier, held on tho 20th day of February, ' I 1880, it was proved to the said Court that no Valuation List for tlie Borough ef Napier, ■ j had been prepared as required by " The Rating Act, 1876," notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, Hakby Etkk Kknny, Judge of the snid Assessincub Court, did, at the, said sitting of the Assessment Court, appoint Ricuaeu Williams, of Napier, to bo the Valuer to make such Valuation List, and did fix MONDAY, the 23rd day of February,, . 1880, ns the day for tho completion thereof, *'■• and directed that the said List should be open k ' for public inspection at the Town Clerk's ! Oflice, Napier, from the 2<lth clay of February, 1880, to the 24th day of March, 1880, nnd that all objections thereto should be delivered at fche Court-house, Napier, on or beforo the, 24th day of March, 1880, addressed to thd * • Assessment Court. And at the said Bitting of the Assessment Court, held on the said 20th day of February, 18S0, I did further appoint thafc a sitting of the said Assessment Court, for the purpose of hearing objections to the said Valuation List should be held at the Court-house, Napior, on FRIDAY, the ninth dny of April, ISSO, at half -past ten o'clock in the forenoon.
