NAPIER HARBOR BOARD.

Tuesday, December 16» The board met at 2.30 p.m. Present— The Chairman (Mr J. D. Orraond), Messrs Smith, Lyndon, Vautier, Rob Johns, Kinross, and Miller. CORRESPONDENCE. „,-.) The following letters were read :— From Mr William Common, resigning his seat at the board in consequence of , his leaving Napier for a time.
