Mr Berry has, received a memorandum fronvthe Governor agreeing to the dissolution of-Parliament, but requiring that there should be no unnecessary delay; ■ Mr Munro . has withdrawn his motion for an address, to the Governor asking for the passing of a Reform Bill during the present session. The Opposition contend that the Government -have precluded them from Submitting to the country proposals outside the' present Reform Bill.
