All ; the persons called before the committee to igive evidence agree that some time about ! ;the end of August; 1 1870,' Wbrgau preisented hitriself at apah. calledEorangata, 18' miles from Napier, for the purpose of .obtaining the signature of Pabra Noinoi : to a deed of, conveyance, conveying to Mr . ■Fredericik Sutton the whole :of Paora iNoinoi's interest in the Awa Te Atii block jof land.
