All entries received must be on the condition that all disputes Bhall be decided by the Stewards, whose decision shall be final. Three horses to start for each race, or only half the public money will be given. No one allowed to enter a horse unless he is a subscriber of £1 to the race fund. A hack shall be considered a horse that has never run in a weight for age or handicap race. Entries for the Handicap Hurdle, Maiden Plate, Havelock Handicap, and Railway Stakes must be made by 8 p.m., on December 11, at Mr Reynold's Exchange Hotel, Havelock. Acceptances for Handicap Hurdle and Havelock Handicap on the day of the races in the weighing-yard. Owners of horses entering for the Havelock Handicap must state age, pedigree, and past performances. Colors of riders to be given at time of eiitry. Weights according to tho Canterbury Jockey Club.
