Newbould to sell his WILLOW -HOUSE FAEM, PAPAKUEA (adjoining Little Bush Estate), containing 122 acres or thereby. The homestead, in one lot containing 42 acres or thereby, is divided into two large and two small paddocks, with a good six-roomed house, woolshcd, dairy, and o\itoilices, a most valuable orchard and garden on this lot, artesian well, &c. The remaining 80 acres, now being surveyed into convenient rural lots fit for small farms or country residences, in blocks of from 5 to 15 acres. As' Mr Newbould wishes to sell out promptly, being about to take his family to his Woodvillo property, a low upset price will be put on the blocks, and very liberal terms of payment afforded.
