Sir Henry Parke's resolutions in the Assembly, for a reform of the constitution of the Legislative 'Council were carried by 23 to 13. -The debate on Mr , Docker's counter-resolution in the Council was adjourned in consequence of the death of "Sir Deas Thompson. The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney have declared a dividend of 25 per cent., and have increased the capital to £600,000. (Received at 2.30 o'clock this morning.)
