The Chairman stated that : he ' had referredthe letter to the Chief Surveyor requesting information as to when the aurvey. would be completed and the selection map prepared. The reply waa.'ihat the surveyor employed in the subdivision of the block reported that the survey would be oompleted this week ; the block should therefore be open for selection during the current month. : The board decided that Mr Thomson be informed accordingly, and be requested to submit' for the consideration :of the board, in accordance with clause 12 of the rules of the association, the mariner in which the 'association desire selections should bo made. . . , . .
