Herald Office, Wednesday afternoon. Messrs Routledge, Kennedy, and Co. report that at the sale of cattle to-day, at the Shamrock Sale Yards, there was a very fair attendance of buyers, and very satisfactory prices were realised :— Two-year old steers average £6 each ; eighteen-month steers average £4 each; three-year old steers average £8 5s each ; eighteen-month heifers average £4 15s j cows, from £7 to £8 10s.
