On the point whether. the appendices of .the: jotirnals'of the 'ITpper> House fprmedipiart- of tKe' journals of the House or not Mr Eees said he Had looked vp 'a number of authorities, andthqugh^ he found many with , him , others' were agairiat him. He thpught it best .altogether to withdraw from the proceedings fond bring the matter before Parliament. The^information was , accordingly dis^ missed^ and, the Clerk of thp.Court^asiri-' structed. to retain all the documents : and exhibits to be, produced when required^
