COMMERCIAL.
Heeaxd Office, Tuesday evening. Messes Rotjtledge, Kennedy and Co. report a fair attendance at their sale of cattle at the Shamrock Saleyards to-day. The bidding was fairly spirited, and in all about 100 head passed the hammer. The prioes realised were : Two and three-year-old steers; £7 5s to £10 10s ; heifers, £5 to £9 10s ; dairy cows, £6 to £10. The auctioneers report a good demand for well-bred cattle at full rates.
