The Flour Mill is doing a large and increasing business, situated as it is in the midst of a splendid agricultural district ; while in view of the great demand for timber, the sawmills have not been able to execute the amount of orders lately upon hand. The Auctioneers can confidently recommend the opportunity now presented as one rarely to be met with, inasmuch as the mills are not only giving an excellent return, but the proprietors kave already made a competency, the dissolution taking place from circumstances entirely of a private nature, which necessitates the absence of one of the firm from the colony.
