The undersigned have received instructions to offer for sale, at auction, at their mart, at Gisborne, on SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 1879, the undermentioned properties, if not previously sold — LOT 1. THE GOODWILL OF LEASE (18 years to run) of the MATAKOA RUN, situated 'at Hicks Bay, East Coast, containing 3,049 Acres of First-class Hilly and Flat Land, together with about 2600 Half-bred Sheep 4 Working Bullocks 10 Head of Cattle and Horses Also, 6-Roomed Dwelling House, Woolshed, Sheep-yards, Whaleboat, Implements, &c. t &c. This Property is situate on the Coast, and has a good Shipping Place, where a boat can land in any weather.
