Quotations to-day for delivery in Timaru are as follows :— Wheat, 2s lid to 3s Id, and 3s 2d for large parcels of really prime milling ; oat»j 2s 3d to 2s 7d ; barley, 4s 3d to ss, very little of the latter is come forward, and what we have seen has not been of the best quality. Three or four English vessels are bespoken to load in Timaru for home ports, and farmers desirous to ship on their own account should find little difficulty in doing so at very reasonable rates. , The Blue din's merino rams were sold yesterday by Messrs Of. T. Ford and Company on the show, grounds; 256 were penned and all were sold, tho average price being 35s per head. They abo sold 20 Linooln rams on account of Mr John Grigg of Longbeach at an average price of £4 4s per head.
