CRICKET.
PUBLICANS V. BREWERS. This match came off yesterday at Mr M'Cartney's paddock, Taradale. It was the third match between the two contending parties that has been played this season, and was the conquering match, each patty having scored one match previously. The result was that the Brewers won by 47 runs, thus coming off the victors for this season. At the conclusion of the match an adjournment was made to Mr M'Cartney's hotel, where an excellent repast was provided, to which 1 ample justice was done.
