This splendid steamer has superior accommodation for all classes of passengers, having been built in 1875 for the Dutch East India mail service. She is fitted with every modern improvement. Her route will be via Cape Horn er through the Straits of Magellan, and it is confidently expected she will make the passage in 45 days. The route chosen avoids all the discomforts of a protracted voyage through tropical waters, which is inseparable from the voyage through the Red Sea and Suez Canal. An experienced Surgeon will accompany the ship.
