The saloon and state cabins are Buperbly fitted and arranged, and provided with every requisite for the comfort of the passengers, who are provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of tho colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has abo ships loading homeward from New Zealand. This splendid steamer has superior accommodation for all classes of passengers, having been built in 1875 for the Dutch East India mail Bervice. She is fitted with every modern improvement. Her route will be via Cape Horn ©r through the Straits of Magellan, and it is confidently expected she will make the passage in 45 days. The route chosen avoids all the discomforts of a protracted voyage through tropical waters, which is inseparable from the voyage through the Red Sea and Suez Canal.
