HpHE GOODWILL OP LEASE (18 years JL to run) of the MATAKOA RUN, situated at Hicks Bay, East Ooas,t, containing 3,049 Acres of First-class Hilly and Flat Land, together with about 2600 Half-bred Sheep 4 Working Bullocks 10 Head of Cattle and Horses Also, 6-Roomed Dwelling House, Woolshed, Sheep-yards, Whaleboat, Implements, &c, &c.
