GRIFFITHS Has received instructions to sell by Public Auction, at his Rooms, Blenheim, early in May next, ALL THAT VALUABLE ESTATE, KNOWN AS THE UPTON FELLS AND UPTON DOWNS SHEEP RUNS, Consisting of 23,000 Acres Freehold and 30,000 Acres Leasehold, lying in the luxuriant valley of the Awatere County of Marlborough, New Zealand, beinsj the very cream of the Country and one of the finest properties in the Middle Island, together with 20,000 Sheep, and all the Horses, Storeß, Plant, &c, now on the Station and belonging thereto. This magnificent property, which is the pick of this famed wool growing district, was originally selected by the Hon. E. W. Stafford, ex-Premier of New Zealand, and is now owned by H. H.
