No owner or nominator shall be qualified to enter a horse other than the haok races unless both be subscribers of at least two guineas to the race fund. All entries (except the Tradesmen's Handicap, Hurdle Race Handicap, Turanga Stakes Handicap, and Publicans' Putbo, which are to be sent in at time, and as above specified, addressed as below) must be in writing, and forwarded to the Secretary at the Masonic Hotel not later than 9 p.m on the 25th January, 1879, and enclosing fee of 10 per cent, on value of takes, together with qualification.
