HOADLEY & LYON Have been favored with instructions from Mr Joseph Price, who is leaving for Poverty Bay, to sell by public auotion, on the above date, at their rooms, Emerson : street, the following "TTALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERV TIES :— POHUl— Rural Seotion No. 102, containing 76 acres, being most totara bush of the best description, from which a large income can be derived for some years, the demand for totara in this district being so much greater than the supply.
