These sheep possess, in the highest degree,, hardiness and. vigor of constitution, symmetry, coupled with Bize, weight, and valuable fleece, 'the 1 staple of which stands unrivalled for its tenacity, body, and strength, one of the pre-eminent qualities necessary to constitute a good combing wool. : The C. B.' Fisher wool is too well known to require any comment ; sufficient is to say that his wools have taken prizes since 1869, including the Goldsborough Gold Cup at the , Wool Show of 1878, while 20 Rams sold in Melbourne in August last by C. W. Pitts, of South Australia (into whose possession the Dry. Creek station property, South Australia, , has passed), fetched the sum of £1681 sterling, or: an average of 80 guineas each. M. R.
