And 1500 feet of Chain, used as Steam Ferry for carrying Waggons, as a whole or to suit purchasers A quantity of Tools too numerous to particularize, including a complete set of Blacksmith's Tools. Also, A lot of Iron, Bolts, Timber, and other requisites. The above are all in good condition, and offer a rare opportunity for Contractors of supplying themselves with the many requisites and accessories to their profession at a low figure, as the whole of the above valuable plant must be sold without delay, owing to the completion of the works. The Auctioneers, in calling attention to the above Plant, would point out that the well-known professional abilities of the firm is a sufficient guarantee that the Plant consist of the latest mechanical appliances and tools both for saving labor, time, and expense.
