[from a correspondent.] IH Pursuant to notice, Mr Ormond dressed the electors at the school-hous^^H Saturday. Mr Harwood of Waipawa^Hj in the chair. . The Chairman remarked that he not think it necessary for Mr Ormon^Hß address them, as most of them had his speeches delivered at Waipawa^^Bj Clive, but any questions they might Mr Ormond would be happy to answej^H Mr Coles : Did you bring in a biHH perpetuate the right of roads through perty that had been allowed Spercen^Hj the Crown ?
