[The following telegram was received at 4 o'clock this morning.] [Reuter's Tk&egrasis to the Pres Aokkcy.] MELBOURNE, February 13. The Assembly voted an address to the Queen describing the cases of the crisis, and expressing a hope in the belief that the Crown will not employ any influence or authority to help the minority to impede the wishes of the great body of the people. The address will probably be alopted to-night. Mr Berry stated that he could not promise to re-instate all dismissed officers in the event of the passing of the Appropriation Bill.
