It will be at onoe apparent to the reader that at this, the end of the season, we MUST CLEAR — even at a sacrifice— a CONSIDERABLE portion. We therefore are now marking EVERY ARTICLE at such a REDUCTION from our FORMER LOW PRICES that a SPEEDY CLEARANCE cannot fail to be effected, TO MAKE ROOM for our first Winter Shipments of over 100 Cases and Bales New and Fashionable Autumn and Winter Goods, to arrive end of Februa.y and early in March. The remembrance of our Great Sale on the occasion of buying the business from Campbell and Co. must still be FRESH in the recollection of oar friendß and the public. We oan assure them this, our FIRST SEASON'S clearance, will be found to even surpass that in CHEAPNESS. Having been FAR MORE SUCCESSFUL in buying than the late firm, and FAR EXCEEDED the amount of business expected to be done the first six months.
