The undersigned has been favored with instructions to sell by public auction at his mart, Queen-street, on Thursday, the 28th February next, at noon, the Estate situate at the Upper Thames, known as THE WAITOA STATION, consisting of WaihekauNo. 1 and part of No. 2, containing 3664 acres. Stock can be driven to the Ohinemuri Goldfield, distant twenty miles, and to the Thames Goldfield, a distance of fifty miles.
