CABLE TELEGRAMS.
The subjoined is an extract from a private telegram to the Editor of the Herald. Wellington, Feb. 9. The report that the Russians have entered Constantinople is believed to be without foundation. A telegram was received by the Government to day dated the 7th, from Sir Julius Yogel, which mentions nothing about it.
[Reuteu'b TmjV.oua.ms to Prkss Agency. 1 LONDON, February 7. According to reports generally current here, the British Government were informed lnst night that the Russians entered Stamboul.
