There will be ample reserves for savings bank, post-office, and telegraph station, schools, churches, reading-room, &c, &c, with all the streets 99 feet wide thereby allowing abundance of room for traffic, and rows of ornamental trees, refreshing to the eye and a shelter from the sun.
