NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between James Henry Coleman and Alexander M 'Hardy as Sheepfarmers at Blackhead Station, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, under the firm of ' ' Coleman and M 'Hardy, " has been dissolved as from the thirty-first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven. The business at Blackhead Station will be carried on by the said Alexander M' Hardy, to whom all accounts due to the said firm must be paid, and by whom all claims against the said firm will be liquidated. There are about four miles of frontage to the main road, being laid off in about 40-acre sections, and a beautifully situated township named Wanstead within a few minutes walk of where there Avill be a station on the above railway line. There will be ample reserves for savings bank, post-office, and telegraph station, schools, churches, reading-room, &c, &c. , with all the streets 99 feet wide thereby allowing abundance of room for trafiic, and rows of ornamental trees, refreshing to the eye and a shelter from the sun.
