There are about four miles of frontage to the main road, being laid off in about 40-acre sections, and a beautifully situated township named Wanstead within a few minutes walk of where there Avill be a station on the above railway line. There will be ample reserves j for savings bank, post-office, and telegraph station, schools, churches, reading-room, &c, &c, with all the streets 99 feet wide thereby allowing abundance of room for traffic, and rows of ornamental trees, refreshing to the eye and a shelter from the sun.
