The lessee will have to provide a steam aunch to carry not less than 20 passengers. The ijerryman will have to be in attenlance from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (Sundays ncluded). Launch to run every half hour f required. The lessee to provide a suitable punt, apable of carrying over a team of bullocks ,nd dray. The launch to have sufficient power to tow iiint across when required. The whole of the above to be subject to pproval of the Harbor Board or their Enineer.
