Defendant disputed the debt, alleging that he hart never employed plaintiff, but that she had requested to be allowed to stay with his family. Judgment given for £7 lent to defendant. VK'KKR.S AND LYE V. UENARK TOMOANA. Claim of £."52 Os. Bd., balance of account. Mr Csii'lile for plaintiffs. There was no appearance of defendant.
