DRUNKENNESS. Hkniiv Critiosijy was fined ss. for this offence. Jl'fiAE V. TU,V<;RY. Claim of £14 l(ss. for wages, &c. , £7 of which was for money lout. Defendant disputed the debt, alleging that he hart never employed plaintiff, but that she had requested to be allowed to stay with his family. Judgment given for £7 lent to defendant. VK'KKR.S AND LYE V. UENARK TOMOANA. Claim of £."52 Os. Bd., balance of account. Mr Csii'lile for plaintiffs. There was no appearance of defendant. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs il'2 17s. Gd. LYNDON V. LINDSAY. Claim of £7 2s. 10d., of which amount £4 7s. (id. had been paid into CourL Plaintiff had exchanged four foot of land with defendant, and now claimed for half the expenses of erecting a fence on the land. Mr Recs, for defendant, contended that the latter had never entered into any agreement for the erection of a fence, and that plaintiff was not entitled to recover for it. Judgment for plaintiff for £4 7s. Gel. paid into Court.
