DUGA PASS REPORT UNCONFIRMED. SINGAPORE, June 16. 11.40 a.m, Suleiman Pasha, after desperate fight*ing, has forced the Duga Pass. Sir Stafford Northcote has confirmed the report that Russia won't interfere with the navigation of the Suez Canal. BOMBAY, June 16. 12.4. The report re Dugar Pass is unconfirmed. After desperate fighting the result was indecisive. Both parties maintained their position. A Russian official despatch states that the Turks are endeavoring to counteract the siege work of Kars by frequent sorties.
