J Melbourne, May 21. The new Ministry consists of all the old members of the former Berry Government. Mr Service .and Mr Casey declined to join it, but promised to give a friendly support. The House will not be able to moot for actual business for five or six weeks, owing to the Ministerial reelections. The Berry and Davis scandal was concluded by the latter accepting an apology, but which has not been published. Mr Davis will be again a candidate for the Chairmanship of Committees. Several of the new members will, it is said, be petitioned against. Mv Blackham, who has been elected for Sandhurst, is an uncertiticatod bankrupt, and cannot take his seat, and it therefore belongs to MiAngus M'Kay, the next highest on the poll. Tlie weather is unsettled. Several shipping casualties are reported along the coast. Lynar, post and telegraph manager at Belfast, lias been arrested for embezzlement. Sands, accountant at the Bank of Victoria, Kilmore, has committed suicide by drowning himself in a tit of temporary insanity. Business is dull.
