TO meet the growing wants of the upcountry settlers, I have decided to start a Four-horße Waggon once a week, leaving Takapau railway station every Monday morning, after the arrival of the down train from Napier, and returning to Takapaxi on each followng Friday. To enable settlers to have their goods forwarded with despatch, it will be necessary that advice be sent to me as early as possible before the day appointed for the departure of the waggon. H.
