Sin, — "Inquirer," in your issue of the 7th inst., must have been misled by some one not intimately acquainted Avith the rules of the Oclclf elloAvs, or othenvise must haA'e misunderstood the party who gave the information. As in duty bound, I therefore beg to inform "Inquirer" that if he is sound in health , i.e. , he has a right to apply to the Napier authorities in OddfelloAVsbip for admission into the Order under rule 38, sec. ii., a.d. 1876. But I liave no doubt that if he applies to the Napier Secretary of the Order, all direct information Avill be given. — I am, c.c, Aenos. AYest Clive, May S, 1877.
