Young lord Glasgow is out of Mr Here's prize mare Young Lilly, bred by Gibson Bros., Tasmania. Sire, the imported horse Lord Glasgow, bred by Weir of Cameruth, Lanarkshire, and imported to Melbourne by Mr David Nesbifc, and sold to Mr William Morley (warehouseman) for 600 guineas. Young Lilly is out of Old Lilly ; sire Bcnledi, who Avas imported for the purity of his blood. His Eire, Ben Lomond, was never beaten in Scotland, and is brother to the celebrated ] horses Tbe Major, The Colonel, and The General, who Avere the greatest prize-takers for a number of years.
