The question debated at Clivo yesterday, with reference to the legality of the meeting for the election of wardens, held in April instead of July, i.s one which concerns many other road boards in the province, in common with the Clivu Road Board. There is this to be said, that ahoiikl it turn out that the meeting was not legal, no great harm is done. If the Clivo Board elected yesterday is not legally elected, then the board of the past year still holds oflice, and will hold it till a new board can, in due form, be appointed in July.
