The b.s. Bangatira, Captain Evans, left yesterday evening at 7.30 for Poverty Bay. The mißhap which we reported yesterday as having occurred to her machinery, was very soon rectified, but as she must lose the tide her departure was postponed till yesterday evening. The s.s. Southern Cross, Captain Holmes, leffc Auckland yesterday 7 p.m. Her return for the same port is announoed for Tuesday next. Thei.s Go- Ahead, Oaptain McGillivray, arrived lasfc evening from Auckland and Poverty Bay, having left the latter port afc 9 t_.ni. yesterday morning. W© hear that the Schiehallion has discharged her London cargo, and will be here almost immediately, when she will load with wool.
