Hawke's Bay Herald TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 1870. TO-NIGHT'S MEETING.

We have much pleasure in reminding our readers of the meeting this evening, which we trust will bo a full one. We do not suppose there will be any difference of opinion ou the subject to be brought before the meetiug, the feeling of the community being unanimous that a. great injustice is about to be perpetrated, and that every means should be taken to rouse the General Government to a sense of such injustice. We believe that a memorial will be submitted to the meeting, embodying iv temperate terms the feeling of the settlers, and we are quite sure it will be signed by every resident who has the opportunity of so doing.
