Between Riciubd David Maney, Execution Creditor, and Manaena Tini, Execution Debtor. T HEREBY givo notice that, by virtue JL of Her Majesty's Writ to me directed in that behalf, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon the parcel of land hereinafter described, namely, — All that parcel of land in the Province of Hawke's Bay in the Colony of New Zealand, containing, by admeasurement, two thousand and forty-seven acres (more or less), situate at Mangateretore, in the District of Ahuriri, being called or known by the name of " Mangateretere East," and numbered seven N. (7 N.). Bounded towards the East by tho Tuki Tuki River ; towards the South East by land the property of J. Chambers, seven thousand five hundred and forty links, ten thousand nine hundred and eighty links, and seven hundred and fifty links ; towards the West by the Ngaruroro River and by the Mangateretere West Block, five thousand seven huudred and eighty-five links, eight hundred and eighty-three links, four thousand five hundred and fifty links, and two thousand one hundred and forty-one links ; and towards the North East by the Hikutoto Block three thousand eight, hundred and ninety-two links, and tho Matahiwi Pa four thousand four hundred and seventy-five links. And I hereby give further notice, that the nature of the Estate or interest of the above-named Execution Debtor in the said parcel of land intended to be sold is his equal undivided one ninth part or share therein, as tenant in common in fee simple, subject nevertheless to a Deed of Lease, dated the 29th day of July, 1867, made between the said Manaena Tini and other grantees of the one part, and Frederick Nelson and William Nelson of tho other part, for tho term of 21 years. And that such Estate or interest of the said Execution Debtor iv the said parcel of land has been taken in execution at tho suit of the above-named Execution Creditor, and that 1 shall soli, or cause to be sold, all such Estiite and interest of the Execution Debtor in the said land, after the expiration of threo calendar mouths from the date hereof, to wit, on the Ist day of March next, at the Supreme Court Office, at Napier, unless the judgment debt, mentioned in such Writ and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto, be sooner paid ; and I further give notice, that George Edmund Lee, of Hast-ings-street, Napier, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.
